Vacuum glue injection machine
This system mainly includes functions such as vacuum extraction, stirring, vacuum defoaming, precision measurement, vacuum glue injection, automatic conveying of raw materials, entering the tunnel furnace to solidify and cool the glue, ensuring stable glue solidification.
Docking with MES system, using SECS/GEM protocol to access all process parameters, and able to read and modify process parameters remotely (MES manufacturer needs to provide corresponding functions/interfaces for the protocol), equipment alarm function.
This solution is an automatic assembly line equipment that can automatically connect trays, complete vacuum gluing and curing, and can be connected to tunnel furnaces to achieve automated production.
