German VISEC screw pump rotor and stator series 

Precision measurement and chemical resistance: The VISEC rotor-stator is designed with FFKM stator material and chrome-plated rotor coating, capable of withstanding extreme chemical media (such as sulfuric acid, anaerobic adhesives, UV adhesives, electrolytes, etc.), with an accuracy of ±1%, repeatability > 99%, and a minimum dispensing volume as low as 0.00025 ml, meeting the requirements for metal-free contamination-free transportation of highly reactive materials. 

Fully automatic pulse-free conveying: Based on volumetric eccentric screw pump technology, it supports continuous pulse-free and low-shear fluid conveying, with a flow range covering 0.003 ml/min to 1,092 ml/min. It is suitable for water-like to paste-like media and features a reverse suction function, completely solving the problem of dripping and leakage. 

Application of new energy vehicles: Specifically designed for battery manufacturing, it can precisely dispense high-viscosity grinding materials such as thermal conductive adhesives and electrolytes, facilitating the packaging of battery modules and the production of fuel cells, and enhancing safety and efficiency.

High-performance Upgrade: As VISEC's new-generation flagship product, the UR25 features an optimized stator structure and diamond-coated rotor, with the maximum delivery pressure increased to 50 bar and the flow rate range expanded to 24 cc/min - 2.9 l/min. It is suitable for ultra-precision dispensing and high-fill fluid potting, meeting the requirements of battery module packaging and fuel cell manufacturing. 

Intelligent integration: Supports digital control modules to achieve linear regulation of flow and speed, compatible with industrial 4.0 automated production lines, significantly enhancing production consistency and yield rate.
