PILOT V8 XLHR --- Flying Probe test system for Probe Cards Test
Pilot V8XL HR is designed to offer a full turnkey solution for even the most challenging Probe Card test. Pilot V8 XL HR is a system that brings together in a unique system 3 different tools to perform: Bare Board Test for single MLO™ & PCB Test, ICT & Functional test for assembled PCB test and Probe Cards Test for PCB+MLO™.The main hardware features include: Vertical architecture (easy to load,even for round probe cards). 8 fully independent axes. 2 standard probes + 2 high-resolution probes on the front side. 4 standard probes on the rear side. Large testing area: 800x650 mm. Laser sensor for accurate planarity control, which ensures the accruacy and efficiency of the test.
