In early 2024, our main product was fully upgraded to an electric cam type, achieving higher efficiency and stability on the basis of the original equipment.
In 2025, we successfully developed a visual odd-form component inserter, which has been officially launched on the market.
It features an electric-driven insertion head with selectable pin bending function. The characteristics are as follows:
1. The head is controlled by an electric servo motor, offering high stability and fast speed.
2. Each insertion head is independently equipped with pressure detection. If component pins are not correctly inserted into the holes, the head automatically retracts and triggers an alarm for insertion failure.
3. The upper vision system is mainly used to accurately identify programmed component positions and MARK positioning data.
4. The lower vision system adopts flying camera technology to capture component pins, using advanced vision algorithms to achieve high-speed and high-precision imaging.
5. During component insertion, the bottom die rises synchronously, detects via a loop, and performs pin bending and fixing.
6. Pin bending effect: When multiple machines are connected in line, it prevents components inserted by upstream machines from popping out.
