Nano Coating
Nanocoating protective paint, through molecular-level design and multi-functional composite, has become the core solution for high-reliability protection of electronic devices.
Product features are as follows:
1. It has strong hydrophobic performance and the waterproof grade reaches IPX7.
2. High temperature resistance up to 200°C and high and low temperature resistance -50~200°C.
3. The dry film thickness is extremely thin about 10um, which can greatly solve the heat dissipation problem of PCBA.
4. Low dielectric parameters do not affect the transmission of signals such as Bluetooth and radio frequency.
5. No need to shield, plug can be switched on.
6. Curing fast, room temperature is less than 30s.
7. It is easier to rework and repair than traditional coating.
